What should I include in my enquiry?
A sketch, reference image or technical brief, bag type, estimated quantity, preferred materials and target delivery make a useful starting point.
Can I develop my own design?
Use OEM as the starting point for an existing design, or discuss ODM when you need to develop the design direction. Feasibility is reviewed for the individual project.
What are the minimum quantity and lead time?
PU bags start at 100 pieces; genuine leather bags start at 50 pieces. All catalogue styles can be developed in either material. Share your style and colour breakdown so we can confirm the order details. Sampling and production lead times are quoted for your project.
How are samples and quality reviewed?
Agree the sample requirements and review criteria first. Record approval and any changes before confirming production.
Can I request a particular material or certification?
Include your material and documentation requirements in the brief. Availability and supporting evidence must be confirmed before agreement.
Bring your ideas, references and order requirements. Start with a clear project brief.
